Browser Guidelines for Accessibility
In Internet Explorer, select Tools, Internet Options, General Tab, Accessibility, then check “Ignore colors specified on Web pages” and “Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages” and then click ok.
Click Tools in the menu bar. (Press the Alt key to make the menu bar visible if it is not.) Select Options. With the Options window open click Content at the top. Within the Content section you can specify the default font size and type. In addition, you can click the Advanced button and get more settings including resolution and minimum font size. If you click the Color button Firefox allows you to change the color of text and the background. In Mozilla Firefox, select View, Zoom, and then Zoom In or Zoom Out.
From the Safari menu bar, click preferences. Select the Security tab and clear (uncheck) the Block pop-up windows. Close Safari, under the apple in the upper left corner open the System Preferences. Click the General icon then set the show scroll bars option to Always. Close General Preferences and then close System Preferences
