The IronMountain Solutions (IMS) Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) awarded $58,000 in grants to 15 nonprofit organizations on Tuesday, December 9, during its annual Winter Grant Reception. The celebration highlighted the spirit of giving and community across the IMS team as grant recipients shared how their awards will be used to further their missions. The following 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations received grants from the IMS EPF for the second grant cycle of 2025:

The CornerStone Initiative, Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas, First Stop, Fostering Connections, Graces of Gurley, Grandparents as Parents, Huntsville Hospital Foundation, Huntsville Learning Center, New Hope Children’s Clinic, Next Step Farms, North Alabama Search Dog Association, The Riley Behavioral & Education Center, Rose of Sharon, Inc., Singing River Trail, Unsheltered International
The IMS EPF is a unique, employee-driven initiative, with approximately 65% of IMS team members participating as contributors. Guided by an employee-led Board of Directors, the fund empowers team members to directly impact their communities. Each grant recipient is selected through employee contributor voting, reflecting the shared commitment of Team IMS to make something better.
Grants support organizations across a variety of focus areas including Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities, and Recreation.
Molly Boyd, Chair of the 2025–2026 EPF Board of Directors, emphasized the importance of the program: “The Employee Peaks Fund is more than just giving; it’s about people coming together to make a difference. Since 2018, the EPF has supported over 112 nonprofits, and it’s such a privilege to see how those grants help strengthen the communities we care so much about. We are eager to see the impact these organizations will continue to make with this funding.”
The IMS EPF will be accepting grant applications again in early February for the first grant cycle of 2026. For more information about the Employee Peaks Fund and its grant program, visit https://www.ironmountainsolutions.com/epf/.
