The IronMountain Solutions (IMS) Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) awarded $60,000 in grant funding to 14 non-profit organizations during its Summer Grant Reception held on Thursday, June 26th. The event highlighted the impact of collective generosity, as nonprofit recipients shared how the funding received will support their missions and strengthen local communities. The following 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations received grants from the IMS EPF for the first grant cycle of 2025:

Bringing Up Down Syndrome (BUDS), Crisis Services of North Alabama, Inc., Food Pantry of North Branford, Foster Children’s Alliance (FOCAL), Free 2 Teach Foundation, Lamplight Summer Program, Land Trust of North Alabama, Make-A-Wish Alabama, Merrimack Academy for the Performing Arts, NextOp, Princess Hailey’s Hope Foundation, The Schools Foundation, ShowerUp Huntsville, WellStone
The EPF is comprised of the collective support of IMS team members, with 70% company participation. The fund is managed by a 12-member Board of Directors, and each contributing team member is given the opportunity to review and vote for which non-profit applicants receive grants during each cycle.
Cooper Taylor, Chair of the EPF Board of Directors, highlighted the program’s significance: “The Employee Peaks Fund is more than payroll deductions – It’s a priceless impact on critical needs in our communities. By contributing to the EPF, IronMountain Solutions employees are moving mountains and supporting amazing non-profits.”
Since its formation in 2018, the EPF has cultivated a lasting culture of making something better at IMS. Grants from the EPF support organizations in categories such as Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities, and Recreation. Grant applications will be posted and accepted again for the winter grant cycle in mid-July and will close on October 9, 2025 at 4:00pm.
