IronMountain Solutions (IMS) awarded $53,800 in grant funding to 14 nonprofit organizations through its Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) during the Summer Grant Reception held on June 25.
The reception brought together grant recipients and IMS team members to recognize the organizations selected for funding and to hear how the grants will support their programs, services, and communities. The following 501(c)(3) organizations received grants during the first EPF grant cycle of 2026:

A Heartbeat Away, Aubrey’s Love, The Caring Link, Downtown Rescue Mission, Eighth Street Community, Enable Madison County, Friends, Inc., HEALS, Inc., Huntsville Assistance Program, Huntsville-Madison County Rescue Squad, Kids to Love, Mommy Love, National Children’s Advocacy Center, Still Serving Veterans
The Employee Peaks Fund is 100% funded by IMS team members. The fund is overseen by a Board of Directors, and contributing employees play an active role in the grantmaking process by reviewing application summaries and voting on which organizations receive funding each cycle.
“Every contribution, no matter the size, adds up to something meaningful,” said Molly Boyd, Chair of the EPF Board of Directors. “Together, we’re helping support organizations that address important needs, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact.”
Since its establishment in 2018, the EPF has fostered a culture of giving across IMS. Grants support organizations in areas including Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities, and Recreation.
Applications for the Winter 2026 grant cycle will open in mid-July and will remain open through October 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CDT.
