July 1, 2022 – The IronMountain Solutions (IMS) Employee Peaks Fund awarded $62,000 to 12 non-profit organizations on Thursday, June 30th at a grant reception held at the IMS corporate office. The Employee Peaks Fund has donated over $360,000 to the community since it was established in 2018. IMS President and CEO, Hank Isenberg said “It’s important that we contribute to these deserving organizations who make monumental differences in their communities. I’m grateful that 82% of our employee population participate in this effort to spread the missions of these non-profits.”

The following 501(c)3 non-profit organizations received grants from the IMS Employee Peaks Fund for the first grant period of 2022:

AGAPE of North Alabama, Alabama Non-Violent Offenders Organization (ANVOO), Christmas Charities Year Round, Family Services Center Inc., First Stop, Inc., Fostering Connections & the North Alabama Foster Closet, Greater Huntsville Humane Society, Huntsville Community of Hope, Madison County 310 Board, North Alabama Coalition for the Homeless, ShowerUp Huntsville, Stacy Wolfe Breast Cancer Foundation

Each organization that receives an Employee Peaks Fund grant fits into one of the following Quality of Life categories: Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities, and Recreation.

The IMS Employee Peaks Fund is comprised of 12 Board of Directors who facilitate the opportunity for employee contributors to vote on which non-profit applicants receive grants during each cycle that are awarded two times a year.

The IMS Employee Peaks Fund awards grants to qualified applicants twice a year based on votes from employee contributors. Grant applications will be accepted again in the fall of 2022.
